Returning in 2019! This month’s James River hike will feature our inaugural visit to Richmond’s infamous Poop Loop, a 2.5-mile trail that runs just east of Ancarrow’s Landing near the city’s waste water treatment plant. It’s more of a bike trail, so we’ll need to look out for mountain bikers.
Following the Loop de Poop, we’ll extend the hike by heading west along the Slave Trail, bringing the total distance to around 4-5 miles.
