As we have been getting back into hiking over the last few weeks, a few of you have asked about how to cancel an RSVP for an event. This can be done via the “Request A Refund” button in EventBrite. There are two ways to get there:
From your event confirmation email:
- Scroll to the bottom and click on the link that says “View and manage your order online”.
- Click on the red “Request A Refund” button.
- Fill out the form and submit it.
From EventBrite:
- Click on “Tickets” at the top of the screen.
- Locate the event.
- Click on the red “Request a Refund” button.
- Fill out the form and submit it.
You might also want to bookmark the My Tickets page in your favorite web browser. And I will try to add the link to upcoming event pages so you will have it there as well.
If you’re feeling generous and wish to forgo the refund, follow the same steps above but add a little note in the form before you submit it.
