Celebrate the joy of the season with an afternoon of food, fun, and frivolity at our annual CVT Holiday Party and Potluck Feast! This year we return to Pocahontas State Park, where we have reserved the fabulous Powhatan Banquet Hall. This is a great facility with easy parking, lots of tables and chairs, a kitchen, and plenty of room to move around.
We guarantee a great time which includes music, games, door prizes, and lots of laughs!
We will be having our White Elephant Gift Exchange as usual. Please bring a gift (valued to $10) to participate. The crazier the gift the better!!
Also, we are lucky to have our beloved “Christmas Carole” return this year as our hostess and leader of the CVT Holiday Party Planning Committee!
No charge to RSVP, but we’ll have a donation box at the venue, so please bring some cash to help cover the cost of facility rental and party supplies. Suggested donation is $5.
Following the party, consider joining us for the Tacky Lights 5K Walk starting at Midlothian Mines Park! We will caravan from the party and head directly to Midlothian Mines Park. You can sign up for that here.
