You and a guest are invited to an evening of fun, food, and frivolity as we celebrate EIGHT YEARS of everybody’s favorite adventure group, CVT!
We’ll be back at our usual spot, and the Super Bowl will be on the big screen. We’ll do that pool raffle thing where you write your name in the little numbered squares to win big cash prizes! A portion of the proceeds from the raffle will go to Shiver in the River 2019 to benefit Keep Virginia Beautiful.
Dinner will be potluck, so please bring a dish to share. Feel free to bring your favorite fermented beverage as well. Sodas, cups, ice, napkins, paper plates, and eating utensils will be provided. There is no charge to RSVP, but we’ll have a donation box near the front door to help cover the cost of supplies and the clubhouse rental fee. Suggested donation is $5.00.
PARKING AND SEATING IS LIMITED! Please consider carpooling with a friend, and bring a comfy folding chair if you have one.
Doors will be open from 5:30pm until whenever the game ends.
This event is rain or shine. I will email directions and contact information a few days before the party. Hope to see you there!
