We have started a new Reflections from the Trail series of member submitted articles for our blog. The first entry comes from Sonja, who wrote an excellent piece about conquering your fears…thanks Sonja! If you would like to submit something of your own, just email it to me or use the handy dandy contact form. You could write about past adventures, trips you’re planning, how you got into hiking…or get creative and write a CVT poem or screenplay! 🙂 I’ll post one every Tuesday as long as they keep comin’! And on a sad note, our deepest condolences to Kim, who lost her mom to cancer last Sunday. You can read the obituary here. A visitation is scheduled for this Friday night at Woody Funeral Home – Parham Chapel from 2pm to 4pm and from 6pm to 8pm. Please keep Kim and her family in your thoughts and prayers.
