Refunds for canceled RSVPs are not automatic, and we are not always notified when members cancel. For this reason, we have a refund request form you can submit, which sends an email to Brian and Kim.
Activities with the standard $1 fee: Refunds can be requested via the form below. For full activities, you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to the event date and start time. Refunds are given in the form of a credit to your Trail Bucks account.
Activities with special fees: In general, refunds are NOT given unless someone else takes your place. If it’s a small amount (less than $20 or so), refunds will be given in the form of a credit to your Trail Bucks account. For larger amounts, we will refund you through PayPal (minus any PayPal fees). In either case, please submit a request below.
