This is a series we call the Looper. We will be hiking the FENDLEY STATION TRAIL loop which roughly follows the perimeter of the park. It is definitely long enough and has some elevation change, but is minor compared with the SNP.
Backpackers, feel free to bring your loaded packs! This is a great way to stay in shape for backpacking trips. The plan is to do this 3 times a year, once in each season (but gonna skip winter). Bring water shoes and a towel for the spillway creek crossing. There is no bridge. Bring your Kayak for a quick paddle in the lake after the hike.
