Powhatan State Park
For this month’s James River hike, we will be exploring one of Virginia’s newest state parks, Powhatan State Park. We will begin at the park office and hike sections of various multipurpose trails (including their riverfront trail) to form a moderate loop of 6 to 8 miles. Expect to spend about three hours on the trails.
Optional post-hike stop at nearby Courthouse Creek Cider!
