Keep moving with the next in our series of 8 training hikes. This week we will hike in and around the Forest Hill neighborhood. We’ll mix it up between roads and trails.
After the hike there is a free concert in Forest Hill Park. If you are interested in attending that, make sure you sign up and bring a chair, snacks/picnic and any beverages.
As for the hike itself, make sure to bring water and a snack and wear broken in hiking boots or shoes.
