This is the second in our 8 week training series designed to condition us for a moderate mountain hike at the end. This week’s hike will be the Richmond Liberty Trail. This hike is 6.2 miles and has some smallish hills to get back in the groove with, but nothing super heart pounding. Plus, it goes past a ton of Richmond highlights and historic sites.
