For the past several years, we’ve made a visit to the Red Vein haunted house at Hanover Vegetable Farm; they have grown bigger and scarier each year, and I’m sure this season’s offering will be no exception. Back with an all new theme building off the last themes, this year the plague has struck Emily Redvyn’s domain, and Emily is back, searching for her long lost “twins”.

Join us on a very special night of spookery. There is an added optional bonus to the evening’s fun….for on this night, victims of the Red Vein haunted house have the option of taking the terror up by several notches. If you so desire, Red Vein is offering a special admission pass, where not only will creatures jump out at you, but they will also touch you!!!!! Those who opt in for the touching will endure things like being marked by the demons, possibly being separated from their group, and even having their shoes taken! Of course this is all in good fun, and any belongings will be returned upon completion of the experience, and there wont be anything that would cause injury. Those opting in will be marked as such– those not wishing to be touched will go through as normal.

The cost for the special “Lambs to Slaughter” experience is $40.00, which also includes a VIP cut the line pass. Regular admission is $20.00 and regular admission + cut the line pass is $30.00. I can’t wait to see what they have up their sleeves! Please join us – safety in numbers!?!

Victims will gather for a final meal at 6pm at JJ’s Grill. Those not joining us for dinner can meet at the restaurant at 7:15 and caravan to Hanover Vegetable Farm or try to hook up with us at the farm.

*Tickets are available online and advanced purchase is strongly encouraged. If you are asked to request a time slot, try to get 8pm.  No Trail Bucks required to RSVP.
