The Blue Blaze series continues with another new hike for me and maybe you too. One Mile Run is a misleading name. First it is a hike not a run…and secondly it is way more than a mile! The hike will be an out and back of about 10 miles total and +/- 1300 feet of elevation. The trailhead is near the north end of the south section of SNP. Parking at Pinefield Gap (MP75.5). I don’t know anything more about the hike so come and let’s explore it together.
The return time is approximate. If you have plans that require you to be back in Richmond at a specific time, please communicate this prior to carpooling with someone, or consider choosing a different hike.
Optional stop for dinner on the way back if there is interest.
