Let’s head for the mountains instead of the mall!
What better way to burn off Thanksgiving calories then with a beautiful hike to Bear Church Rock? This hike is similar in elevation to its sister hike Old Rag, but does not have a rock scramble at the top, which means it is less likely to be cancelled in case of snow or ice 🙂 The hike is a scenic 8.5 mile out and back hike with striking vistas at the top. Coming here on Black Friday is the perfect gift, and you won’t receive a big bill for it in January.
