My friend is going to meet us at the trail head. Where and what time should I tell him to meet us?

Hey Ingrid…the closest address is 3210 Lee Hwy, New Market, VA 22844. It’s an old welcome center and looks like a house…brick and green siding. We should be there by 10:30am at the latest. You’re good with your +1.

PS I tried to sign up for 2 people, but it says I only have one space reserved. Anything special I should do to add a second person?

Y’all should sign up for Tuesday night BYOK. It’s gonna be a blast. https://www.cvatrailblazers.org/events/cvt-flash-event-ancarrows-landing/

Might be a pop-up storm in the afternoon, but likely not a total washout. Bring rain gear just in case. 🙂

Weather dot com is saying not just 50% chance of rain in early afternoon, but also a chance of thunderstorms. Is hike still on?

Brian, I will meet you guys at Sheetz in Zion Crossroads. I decided I will go by Dave’s house and pick him up there. Sorry for the late notice. I tried to call you.

One of the most interesting hikes CVT has done. Think about it–this hike had a little bit of everything: rain, sun, easy parts, hard parts with elevation, and a swimming hole. It was a great afternoon. Thanks for organizing it, Brian!
