Richmond’s 13th Annual Halloween Parade presented by ALL THE SAINTS THEATER COMPANY is right around the corner! Join CVT as we take to the streets in celebration of the 13th year with costumes, live music, creativity, puppetry, and camaraderie!
Costumed participants will meet in Monroe Park at 6:30, and the parade steps off at 7pm sharp.
*Since Monroe Park has been closed for construction, the alternate meeting spot is in front of the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart if the park is still unavailable.*
The parade goes through Oregon Hill down Laurel Street and at the end of Laurel it crosses over a few blocks and comes back up Pine Street before ending in a vacant lot where participants gather for an epic costumed dance party finale before heading home. Come join the craziness!!!!

Please allow time for parking – there are a few decks in the area or on street parking.
